<H1><A NAME="settings_autoupdate"></A>Scheduled updates</H1>

<p>The scheduled updates page in the settings dialog can be used to setup Locate32 
to update databases at some given times.</p>

<p>You can setup a scheduled update by clicking <b>Add</b> button. To edit the settings of 
an already specified scheduled update, choose the correct item in the list and click <b>Edit</b>.
To remove scheduled update, use <b>Delete</b> button. <b>Up</b> and <b>Down</b> button can be used 
to the order of scheduled updates (if two or more updates are sheduled at the same time, the uppermost schedule 
have higher priority).</p>

<p>Sometimes when Locate32 is specified to start automatically when Windows starts. Then, to reduce 
simultaneous HD usage, it maybe be usefull to prevent scheduled autoupdates to be executed right after 
Locate32 is started. You can do that by setting a delay using <b>$STRAUTOUPDATESETTINGS_DELAY@C$</b> 
option in this page.
